Counselling and guided Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is now being offered by Vivup.

This open access 24/7 helpline can provide structured counselling and support via the telephone on 0330 380 0658.

Support is available for stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationships, work concerns, financial issues and legal matters.

All calls are confidential and you can self-refer for work and/or personal issues.
